1. What do I need to rent a motorcycle?

Renters must be 25 years of age, possess a valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement (non U.S. residents must also possess a valid passport for identification), a major credit card for a deposit at the time of the rental, and have previous riding experience with a similar high performance vehicle.
 

2. What is your cancellation policy?

At the time of your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the trackday event in full plus tax.

There are no refunds for no shows or last minute cancellations (cancellations must be received 14 days prior to event). In the event a cancellation is recevied prior to 14 days of event we will credit you with another track day at one of our future events. Should Fastrack Riders and/or SportbikeRental.com deem the event un-safe, due to rain for instance, the event will be cancelled and all paying riders will be credited towards one of our future events with the amount deducted from their credit card used in their reservation of the rental. Even if rain is in the forecast, all riders must show up rain or shine. If the weather outlook on the morning of the event looks tolerable, and the event is held, riders who did not show up will not be reimbursed. Cancellations for Fastrackriders will not be refunded their motorcycle reservationn for the trackday.
 

3. Can I pay with cash or check at the track?

No, sorry, registration and reservation of a spot will only be accepted with full credit card payment.
 

4. What fees are involved?

Trackday registration is required and is a seperate fee from Sportbikerental.com. Please contact Fastrack Riders at 877-560-2233 to register for your trackday event. There is also a new riders course available through Fastrack if the rider is new to the track.
 

5. What are the rules while on the track?

A complete review of ALL rules will be discussed in our morning riders meeting before anyone gets on the track. Gates open at 7:00am for registration and this mandatory meeting starts promptly at 8:00 am. If the rider arrives late, please attend the riders meeting first and then continue on to registration.
 

6. How do I know if the rentals are safe?

All of our motorcycles are maintained at Licensed Dealerships. SportbikeRental.com motorcycles are always in new condition, and serviced before manufactures recommended intervals.
 

7. Do you offer medical coverage?

No.  Medical coverage is not provided. All renters are required to have their own medical insurance.
 

8. What will be provided at the track day?

SportBikeRental.com will provide water and Gatorade.
Tire Warmers.
Pit Bull Stands, front and rear.
Fully staffed "pit crew"

9. Do you carry the 2008 models?

Yes, we carry the 2008 models. We have only carried the latest models since opening in 2002!
